The hard-working TAG Team that continues to ensure you receive maximum benefits and support is undergoing some restructuring. This has been brought about by the continuously evolving needs of you, the members, and those of the wider sector.
Sally Bird moves from the Business Development Executive role to that of Student Outcomes Officer. This will embed Sally with the Student Outcomes Committee and their complex challenge of creating stronger national programs that engage students as well as providing valuable outcomes.
Sally will be assisted by April West in a part-time capacity. April will maintain the Student Outcomes social media and communications. Sally and April will continue to be based remotely from the TAG office.
Siobhan Frost moves from Business Research Analyst to Communications Officer. This will see Siobhan increasingly leave behind rebates and benefits processing, and take control of the website and newsletters. She will continue to build, collate and communicate sector surveys and benchmarking.
Shahrin Leontarou refines her current role of CSR and Projects Officer to become Programs Officer. This entails the management and maintenance of TAG's proprietary on-line programs which she has been instrumental in creating; the TAG Flag, the TAG Student Board Induction Course, and the CampusLink Awards.
Kim Tyne remains our Accounts Officer, ensuring that the financial and accounting requirements of TAG are met accurately.
A new TAG role will be created and advertised shortly; Team Support Officer. This role will be as its title suggests; to provide support as required to the four key roles. This will be "general purpose role".
I'm sure you will join me in thanking the TAG Team for their years of dedication and hard work. The office team are a closeknit unit who have worked together for the last eight years. Best case scenario is that these changes will ensure that they remain for yet another eight!
