About the position

Reporting to the Communications Marketing Manager, this position is responsible for providing creative design support to all departments of ActiveUTS, Aerial UTS Functions Centre and UTS Haberfield Club.   The role actively supports the design and preparation of artwork for a variety of marketing and communication campaigns and associated material to effectively promote our services. The Senior Graphic Designer liaises with and maintains positive relationships with all departments and external suppliers for all marketing collateral related issues ensuring brand alignment across all communication and marketing guidelines. Leading a team of two junior designers, this role contributes to team dynamics and ensures a creative edge to design and marketing concepts.

About you

The successful candidate will have 4-5 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer working within a creative environment preferably with an in-house design team,  strong team leadership and the ability to interpret the creative needs of internal customers and deliver according to brand and marketing guidelines.  Exceptional communication and organisational skills and the ability to juggle projects to deadline with impeccable attention to detail.
