Social Clubs Co-ordinator (permanent full-time)
Collaborating with and providing support to clubs and societies, ensuring they follow correct procedures and approvals relating to budgets, approved funding, and administration records. Understanding and following the University processes to ensure all club events and activities are in appropriate spaces, following university guidelines and have all necessary approvals is a key element of the role. There is also an opportunity for involvement in running and co-ordinating events.
Clubs Administrator (permanent full-time)
Working closely with the ActivateSocial Team to enhance club activities and build the ActivateUTS brand. Supporting the Social Clubs Manager on larger club events, checking and approving re-affiliation, maintaining club administration and funding records, mediating executive and membership issues, and growing the ActivateClubs membership and engagement. Collaborating with and supporting clubs and societies by providing support by ensuring they follow correct procedures and approvals relating to budgets, approved funding, and administration records

Engagement Manager (2 Year Fixed Term/ Full time)
The Engagement Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing all student engagement activities for the AUU. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring engagement with the student community and University stakeholders at all campus locations is maintained, resulting in positive relationships and an enhanced student experience.

Mental Wellbeing Coordinator (full time, 12-month contract)
A leadership opportunity within a mental health based student services portfolio, managing the delivery of excellence in mental health and wellbeing and engagement services, contributing to the success of Griffith University’s Gold Coast students
Academic Support Coordinator (full time, 12-month contract)
A leadership opportunity within an academic support services portfolio, managing the delivery of excellence in academic support services, contributing to the success of Griffith University’s Gold Coast students

Function Centre Manager (full time, permanent)
A service and sales-focused role building relationships with new and existing clients for a great venue with potential. Work with a professional and supportive team across a diverse range of functions and events to contribute to the vibrancy of Griffith University’s Gold Coast campus and positive student life experience.

Clubs Support Officer (full time, 12 month contract)
Working directly with students to develop and establish student clubs. Supporting and assisting student clubs to run events and activities for students of the University of Newcastle, to build community development and engagement. Ensuring club administrative and legislative requirements are adhered to, record keeping, and reporting on expenditure.
