WHEN AND WHERE IS CAMPUSLINK 2020 BEING HELD?
The conference is being held at Griffith University Gold Coast campus from April 6th to April 8th. The TAG Trade Fair will be located at the Uni Bar on the afternoon of Monday April 6th.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND THE CONFERENCE?
Anyone who works in the tertiary student services sector would benefit from attending. CampusLink gives tertiary student services staff the chance to be informed by the latest industry trends, inspired by industry best practice and engaged via the multiple networking opportunities with peers.
WHAT IS THE CONFERENCE ABOUT?
CampusLink is an annual three-day event that brings together delegates representing the varied student service disciplines on tertiary campuses around Australia. Incorporating five conference streams focusing on management/commercial services/marketing/student outcomes/clubs and societies, the conference focuses on showcasing the best in student experience on Australian campuses.
One of the highlights of the conference is the TAG Trade Fair. A dynamic event, this is your opportunity to engage with suppliers, check out new products and services and be introduced to innovative concepts.
The conference also hosts the national final of the TAG Campus Barista of the Year competition, which sees the best baristas on Australian campuses vie to win the TAG Campus Barista trophy, a $2,000 coffee machine, and a $500 cash prize, all courtesy of our competition partners Vittoria Coffee. This will be held during the session breaks on Tuesday 6th April.
Aside from the conference and trade fair, there are a number of opportunities to network with your peers. There is the Sunday 5th April pre-conference fun social evening at Topgolf, a free sundowner directly after the trade fair on Monday 6th April, After that, you can spend out on the town with your team or new friends. There is also the campus tour that takes place on Sunday 5th April before the conference begins on Monday morning.
Last, but not least, is the CampusLink Awards Gala Dinner. An evening of celebration where members are recognised for their achievements over the past year. See what awards are up for grabs here

WHEN AM I ABLE TO REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE?
Registrations will be open from 18 November 2019. Delegates must register before 5.00 pm (AEDT), Friday 20th March 2020.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE?
If your organisation has paid the annual service fee, you are entitled to register for the DISCOUNTED three day pass which includes access to the trade fair and the after trade fair networking sundowner. All other extracurricular social events include a cost which can be found here
If your organisation has not paid the annual service fee, there is a cost for each day of the conference. You can view the pricing here.
DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION OR SUBSTITUTION POLICY?
Any cancellations or substitutions must be received by 5.00 pm on Friday 20th March 2020.
DO I NEED TICKETS FOR THIS EVENT?
No, you do not require physical tickets to attend CampusLink 2020. For online registrations, when text refers to the word “ticket”, it is merely a standard of the website. Delegates will however be required to wear a name tag at all times, which can be collected upon arrival on Day 1 and Day 2. These name tags will allow entry to each day of CampusLink and the Trade Fair.
DO I NEED TO BRING MY NAME TAG TO THE THREE DAYS OF THE CONFERENCE?
Yes you will require your name tag for the entirety of the conference. Please be aware that anybody without a name tag will not be permitted to attend. All delegates will receive these when registering on Day 1 or Day 2.
HOW CAN I REGISTER MULTIPLE DELEGATES AT THE ONE TIME?
Through the online registration portal
you are able to register up to 10 delegates at the same time. You will be prompted to select the number of delegates you wish to register on the registration page.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY REGISTRATION?
There are two payment methods ‘Credit/Debit Card’ or ‘Pay by Invoice' which is selected during the registration process.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
While there is no set dress code for the conference, the dress code for the gala dinner is cocktail wear.
