This convergence of the commercial and the ethical involves sustainable development in all areas: environmentally, economically, socially and politically.

TAG endeavors to support companies and products which:

  • are made and based locally;
  • use Australian produce and/or labour;
  • are made in Australia;
  • are produced by Australian owned companies;
  • are produced by companies which practice affirmative action;
  • use an acceptable minimum of packaging;
  • are of positive nutritional value, or use organic and bio-dynamic products;
  • are made in an energy efficient manner;
  • operate in an energy efficient manner;
  • are made with a minimum of pollution;
  • operate with a minimum of pollution;
  • are reusable;
  • utilise post-consumer waste recycled materials;
  • use fully-recycled/biodegradable materials; or
  • are sourced from community projects seeking to ameliorate poverty.
